Facilitators Training Event
October 12-15, 2010
Duncan Conference Center - Delray Beach, FL
The event will begin at the
Duncan Conference Center at
2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 12, and will
end with lunch on Friday, October 15. Please plan to stay until the event’s completion on Friday.
There will be a limited number of rooms available at the Duncan Center on Monday, October 11,
for an extra charge of $110.00, which includes dinner on Monday, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday.
This charge is due with the registration fee. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
**We have a full
agenda during the week, so if you
would like to enjoy more free time at the conference center, arriving on Monday is a
great option!
Fresh Start will provide ground transportation between the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) and the Duncan Center on Monday or Tuesday, October 11, 12 and Friday, October 15. The center is approximately 30 minutes from the airport.
FEES AND DEADLINES:
Early registration fee (received by September 10, 2010 ): $1,200.00
Late registration fee (received after September 10, 2010 ): $1,300.00
Registration Fee includes lodging, meals, snacks, beverages, social events, and shuttle to and from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) on the dates indicated.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Up to six weeks prior (August 30, 2010): full refund
Between 6 and 2 weeks prior (August 30 - September 27, 2010): 50% refund
Within 2 weeks (after September 27, 2010 ): no refund.
