Facilitators Training Event

Franciscan Renewal Center - Scottsdale, Arizona
The event will be held at the
Franciscan Renewal Center beginning at
2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, and will
end with lunch on Friday, April 27. Please plan to stay until the event’s completion on Friday.
All lodging rooms are private room/single occupancy with a private bath.
There will be a limited number of rooms available at the Franciscan Renewal Center on Monday, April 23
for an extra charge of $132, which includes dinner on Monday, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday.
This charge is due with the registration fee. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
**We have a full agenda during the week, so if you would like to enjoy more free time at the conference center, arriving on Monday is a great option!
Fresh Start will provide ground transportation between the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and the conference center on Monday or Tuesday, April 23, 24 and Friday, April 27. The center is approximately 30 minutes from the airport.
FEES AND DEADLINES:
Early registration fee (received by March 26, 2012 ): $1,200.00
Late registration fee (received after March 26, 2012): $1,300.00
Registration Fee includes lodging in private room/private bath, meals, snacks, beverages, social events, and shuttle to and from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) on the dates indicated.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Up to six weeks prior (March 13, 2012): full refund
Between 6 and 2 weeks prior (March 13 - April 10, 2012): 50% refund
Within 2 weeks (after April 10, 2012): no refund.
