Clergy groups – this audience can include rectors, associates, veteran clergy and the newly ordained. FRESH START creates a safe place for clergy to examine their ministry and builds a strong sense of collegiality across the diocese.
Leadership within a congregation – working with lay and clergy leadership within a congregation FRESH START offers an opportunity to be intentional about getting to know one another better. Modules can then be used to explore topics of transition in a “just in time” manner.
Diocesan events – Many transition issues are universal, all congregations experience them. Diocesan events, bringing together leaders from many congregations in transition, allow leaders to share stories and to find out that they are not alone in the challenges of transition. Building relationships between congregations reduces the sense of competition and helps to build a stronger vision of common ministry within a diocese.
